About the Role
The Partner Operations Manager is a highly analytical, data-driven role within our Strategic Operations team. You will leverage your background in sales enablement, compliance, and operational strategy to manage and optimize partner relationships. Your responsibilities include developing strategies to enhance partner performance and accountability, resolving disputes, and driving operational excellence.
About the Team
The Vertical Operations team is the strategic backbone of our operations, ensuring service standards, setting SLAs, and driving partner performance. They use data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to guarantee sustainable growth.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Analyze partner performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement financial models to optimize partner relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives for partner onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership with actionable insights.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years in operations, strategy or business development in relevant sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL and data visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge in partner operations, process design, and dispute resolution.
- Proven experience in financial modeling and strategy development.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
