About This Role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Intern to join our fast-growing Finance team for the Summer 2026 term. In this role, you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience in finance operations. You will be part of a team that works closely with Supply, Operations, and other stakeholders across the company to ensure transactions with suppliers and customers are accurately processed and recorded. There will be opportunities to assist special projects and rotate through other Finance functions. This internship is a good fit for a student with foundational finance and/or accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for working with people!

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Track, manage and reply to routine inbound communications from vendors
  • Initiate assigned portions of the weekly payment runs, ensuring complete and accurate processing through reconciliation
  • Assist with reporting on consolidated liquidity
  • Help support our vendor management and Corporate Card system and processes
  • Continue to monitor vendor issues and provide valuable feedback
  • Opportunity to participate in special projects and/or rotate through various roles in the Accounts Payable team

What We’re Looking For

  • You are a post-secondary student, studying in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 work terms of experience preferred
  • You have a passion for people, processes, and systems
  • You have a strong work ethic with a desire to contribute to a fast-growing startup
  • You are a critical thinker and problem-solver
  • You have the ability to learn quickly, paired with the desire to work hard
  • Experience with SQL is a bonus

What We Offer

  • Home Office Setup Allowance: $300 one-time
  • Friday UberEats Allowance: $25/week
  • Learning & Development Allowance: $300/ per term
  • Fitness/Wellness Allowance: $120/per term

Candidates can be based anywhere in Canada, provided they maintain a minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone and are available to work a 40-hour work week. We’re a remote-first company, but you’re always welcome to join us at our head office on 260 Queen Street West in Toronto. We also host virtual and in-person socials where interns can connect, play games, and meet others - including company - wide game nights and events e. While optional, these are great ways to build connections and make the most of your Super.com experience.
