Marketing Assistant

Overview

Super Soccer Stars is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support client acquisition and market research efforts across designated towns.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-ground market research in Bartlett, South Elgin, Oak Brook, Wheaton, Lombard, Geneva, West Chicago, Carol Stream, and St. Charles.
• Identify and compile potential client lists.
• Collect and analyze data on competitors, local demand, and emerging market trends.
• Visit local businesses, community centers, and events to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
• Distribute marketing materials and introduce potential clients to our services.
• Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns tailored to specific towns.
• Report findings and insights to the marketing manager or business owner.
• Maintain an up-to-date client prospect database and track outreach efforts.
• Support digital and traditional marketing initiatives as needed.
• Monitor local publications, online groups, and bulletin boards for networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the specified area.
• Knowledge of the listed towns is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
