Overview
Super Soccer Stars is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support client acquisition and market research efforts across designated towns.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-the-ground market research in Bartlett, South Elgin, Oak Brook, Wheaton, Lombard, Geneva, West Chicago, Carol Stream, and St. Charles.
- Identify and compile potential client lists.
- Collect and analyze data on competitors, local demand, and emerging market trends.
- Visit local businesses, community centers, and events to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
- Distribute marketing materials and introduce potential clients to our services.
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns tailored to specific towns.
- Report findings and insights to the marketing manager or business owner.
- Maintain an up-to-date client prospect database and track outreach efforts.
- Support digital and traditional marketing initiatives as needed.
- Monitor local publications, online groups, and bulletin boards for networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the specified area.
- Knowledge of the listed towns is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
