Role Mission

The Manager, Brand Experience and Capability is responsible for ensuring that global marketers deploy The Founders’ Way of brand building. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Brand Experience & Capability, you will blend best-in-class external thinking with an intimate understanding of our brand DNA to create processes that simplify daily marketing work and drive global-local connectivity and upskilling.

Outcomes and Responsibilities

Stewardship: Assess and enhance current marketing processes, drive continuous improvements, and lead e-learning initiatives. You will codify global best practices for brand building and coordinate SPARK SESSIONS and annual planning across teams.

Project Management: Develop strategic road maps, manage e-learning content, oversee budgets, timelines, and vendor execution to ensure smooth delivery of brand capability projects.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in brand or consumer marketing, preferably global and market experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Proven project management experience and strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with independent, fact-based decision making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range based in New York ($140,000 to $170,000), an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and comprehensive medical and wellness benefits.
