About Your Role as Sales Executive
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team at Suntory Beverage & Food Taiwan. In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Managing key clients (Hypermarkets) within your designated region, including display management and sales performance tracking.
- Building strong relationships with channel managers and directors.
What You'll Do
- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets for your assigned region.
- **Client Management:** Effectively manage store clients and resolve regional sales issues promptly.
- **Display Management:** Oversee the progress of in-store displays, ensuring adherence to promotional schedules (at least two per month, with item counts based on DM listings).
- **Shelf Optimization:** Enhance and optimize product placement and arrangement on store shelves.
- **Inventory Control:** Maintain optimal in-store inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
- **Holiday Support:** During critical holiday periods (e.g., Mid-Autumn Festival, Chinese New Year), conduct inventory checks, assist with replenishment, and support sales efforts.
What You Need to Be Successful
- College degree or above.
- Proficiency in computer operations, specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of sales data analysis logic.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a retail sales environment.
