We are seeking a Business Development Manager, Experiential to significantly contribute to our growth by cultivating meaningful client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and integrating exciting brands into our dynamic world.

The Role of Business Development Manager, Experiential

The Business Development Manager, Experiential is pivotal in driving new business across both experiential and content production sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and actively manage the CRM, ensuring all leads, outreach, and pipeline activity are accurately tracked and up to date.
  • Utilize sales tools and databases to identify prospects, qualify leads, and support outbound efforts.
  • Track inbound and outbound leads from initial contact through the RFP process.
  • Generate weekly pipeline and activity reports for leadership.
  • Support RFP submissions by organizing materials, timelines, and required documentation.
  • Coordinate internal follow-ups to ensure timely responses to prospects.
  • Manage contact databases and continuously update target lists.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities.
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.

Qualifications

  • Must have previous agency experience; applicants without prior agency or experiential backgrounds will not be considered.
  • Must have previous experiential marketing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
