Overview

You will provide HR consultation and tactical support to achieve business objectives, focusing on engagement, compliance, and HR strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administers unemployment claims with third-party coordination.
  • Communicates company policies and manages HR program roll out.
  • Conducts investigations, audits, and compliance reporting.
  • Drives recruitment, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Advises on hiring, terminations, performance management, and rewards.
  • Supervises HR staff and supports HR systems, events, and employee benefits.
  • Works with leaders to resolve complex people and cultural issues.

Minimum Job Requirements

Applicants must be able to travel (15-20%), have significant HR experience, and hold relevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM CP, or SHRM SCP). A minimum of 10 years in HR with 5+ years in supervisory roles is required. Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred. Experience in multi-state oversight, ADA compliance, and regulatory investigations is necessary.

Physical and Additional Requirements

  • Occasional physical activities including stooping or bending.
  • Frequent interaction with people and electronic devices.
  • Ability to work in construction environments with PPE requirements.
