Overview

You will provide HR consultation and tactical support to achieve business objectives, focusing on engagement, compliance, and HR strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Administers unemployment claims with third-party coordination.
- Communicates company policies and manages HR program roll out.
- Conducts investigations, audits, and compliance reporting.
- Drives recruitment, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Advises on hiring, terminations, performance management, and rewards.
- Supervises HR staff and supports HR systems, events, and employee benefits.
- Works with leaders to resolve complex people and cultural issues.
Minimum Job Requirements
Applicants must be able to travel (15-20%), have significant HR experience, and hold relevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM CP, or SHRM SCP). A minimum of 10 years in HR with 5+ years in supervisory roles is required. Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred. Experience in multi-state oversight, ADA compliance, and regulatory investigations is necessary.
Physical and Additional Requirements
- Occasional physical activities including stooping or bending.
- Frequent interaction with people and electronic devices.
- Ability to work in construction environments with PPE requirements.
