We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic video team at Abercrombie & Fitch. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing compelling video content that aligns with our brand messaging and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the Video and Social teams to support content creation for various platforms, including paid advertising, social media, web, and internal channels. Your expertise will help translate original content into engaging visual stories that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, innovative, and immersed in the latest video and social media trends. You should possess a strong sense of creativity, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Media Encoder, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience with Da Vinci Resolve and general camera knowledge
- On-set production experience is a plus
- Proven post-production skills, including editing, motion graphics, color correction, sound design, and codecs
- Experience with remote workflows and studio-level file management
- Understanding of social media standards and video formats
- Strong awareness of current editing styles and trends
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities
- Support the Video and Social teams with content related to NFL partnerships for paid advertising, social media, web, and internal use
- Assist Video Art Directors and Editors by working with video content to support marketing campaigns for Abercrombie & Fitch, Abercrombie Kids, and YPB
- Manage the workflow of internal and external video requests, ensuring timely delivery
- Ingest, organize, and edit video footage to create engaging visual content
- Version out and deliver final edited assets optimized for multiple platforms and formats
- Support post-shoot processes, including reviewing footage, coordinating sound and music, and assisting in all post-production areas
- Occasionally provide on-location support during content capture sessions
- Maintain organized project files and ensure adherence to brand standards and technical specifications
