About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend / Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Discovery team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and owning the asset discovery experience across tokens, perpetuals, and prediction markets. Your work will enable users to explore, evaluate, and engage with a diverse range of tradable assets through our web, mobile, and browser extension platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong frontend development expertise, with the ability to take full ownership from concept to deployment, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and trading teams to deliver intuitive and impactful discovery features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence how users navigate the multi-chain crypto landscape and discover the next generation of digital assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience
- Proficiency in React, Typescript, and React Native
- Strong understanding of frontend development best practices and fullstack ownership
- Demonstrated interest in open-source and community-driven platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience working with trading systems (preferred but not mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Own and develop features across web and mobile platforms, including the Phantom Extension, Phantom Terminal, and mobile applications
- Lead initiatives to support additional blockchain networks and launch new products or infrastructure enhancements
- Engage directly with end-users and developers to gather feedback, support, and improve the platform’s discovery capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and scale systems that facilitate asset exploration and engagement
- Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security throughout the development lifecycle
- Participate in team-building efforts to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Proactively identify opportunities for product enhancements and operational efficiencies
