About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team working on Bolt, McKesson's AI-first platform designed for rapid enterprise application development. This platform revolutionizes how software is built by enabling teams to describe their intent, which is then transformed into enterprise-grade, secure, and standards-compliant software through advanced AI agents. Your role will focus on developing the core components, tooling, and guardrails that ensure safe, reliable, and scalable AI-assisted software delivery. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-assisted development, building infrastructure that empowers enterprise teams to ship high-quality software efficiently and securely.
As a key contributor, you will design and implement platform components, develop automation tools, and establish best practices for secure and compliant development workflows. Your expertise will directly influence the robustness and effectiveness of McKesson's AI-driven development environment, enabling rapid deployment of enterprise applications across multiple environments including CI/CD pipelines and data integration systems. This is a build role that combines technical leadership, innovative problem-solving, and a passion for advancing AI technology in a complex enterprise setting.
Qualifications

We provide equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, age, genetic information, or any other legally protected category. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. If you require a reasonable accommodation during the application process, please contact us via the designated channels. We value diversity and are dedicated to building a workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
