About The Role
We are seeking a talented and proactive Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in executing the day-to-day social media operations across our three brands. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of their vertical, managing content creation, scheduling, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. While the Social Media Manager focuses on strategy, creative direction, and performance analysis, the Specialist will be the engine behind content execution and community engagement. This position requires a versatile individual comfortable behind a keyboard and in front of a camera, capable of executing creative briefs with their own spin and adapting tone across diverse brand voices. The role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our social presence, contribute ideas, and be an integral part of our content ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on social media experience (agency, in-house, or creator background)
- Proven ability to manage content across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook
- Comfortable on camera with experience producing regular video content
- Strong written communication skills with an understanding of brand voice
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday, Trello, Asana, or similar
- Proactive ownership mindset with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with creative and opinionated personalities
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the social media vertical, including creating, scheduling, and publishing content
- Develop and maintain content pipelines and production timelines across all brands
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contributors to capture content, secure approvals, and ensure timely delivery
- Manage logistics for content recording, including booking locations, managing talent schedules, and preparing equipment and assets
- Execute content briefs, bringing creative ideas and adapting tone for each brand
- Coordinate on-the-ground logistics for content creation days and live events
- Support platform maintenance, profile optimization, and audience engagement efforts
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and tagged content daily
- Engage in outbound community management to build relationships and increase brand presence
- Maintain content asset libraries, organize content, and support repurposing of long-form content into social formats
- Assist in video editing, captioning, thumbnail creation, and metadata optimization
- Pull analytics reports, track performance metrics, and flag notable trends or shifts for review
- Stay current on platform updates, emerging trends, and cultural moments to inform content strategy and creative ideas
