About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our Communications team. This role is pivotal in transforming complex data and insights into visually compelling stories that inspire, inform, and engage both internal and external audiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating Life360’s location insights and business metrics into engaging visual narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders, including employees, executive leadership, media outlets, partners, and the public.
This position extends beyond traditional graphic design, requiring a strategic approach to storytelling through data visualization, infographics, interactive visuals, and presentation materials. The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft visuals that effectively communicate our impact, strategic initiatives, and future vision. You will also develop visual frameworks to support leadership in articulating company strategy, OKRs, and key performance metrics. Your work will play a crucial role in positioning Life360 as the leader in family safety and connectivity, fostering awareness, engagement, and trust across our global community.
This role offers a competitive US-based salary range of $106,500 to $157,500, with consideration given to experience, location, and skill set. The compensation package includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision, financial benefits, and equity options, supporting your overall well-being and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Expert proficiency in design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Google Slides)
- Strong experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar
- Deep understanding of data storytelling principles and visual communication best practices
- Ability to interpret complex data and craft compelling visual narratives
- Experience working with confidential and executive-level content with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting and defending design choices to senior leadership
- Proficiency in AI tools and daily use of AI in design workflows
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills, managing multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
