About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Data & Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in scaling our analytics, insights, and operational cadence that drive our go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to own and optimize the metrics, dashboards, and analyses that inform key business decisions, including pipeline reviews, forecasting, territory management, and executive reporting. You will serve as a bridge between Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams, ensuring accurate performance measurement and enhanced visibility into the revenue lifecycle. This position is fundamentally a Revenue Operations role, focusing on owning the operating cadence—such as pipeline inspection, forecast readiness, and quarterly business reviews—as well as the GTM measurement framework. You will collaborate closely with Salesforce Administrators and Systems partners to build and configure systems aligned with business requirements, governance, and pipeline integrity. Your efforts will help establish a trusted source of revenue data, supporting initiatives like lead-to-opportunity conversion, opportunity-to-close processes, and renewal/expansion tracking. By standardizing definitions and improving reporting workflows, you will enable leadership to make informed, disciplined decisions aimed at sustainable growth. This role offers flexibility with a hybrid work model based in Frisco, Texas, or entirely remote, allowing you to work from home or our office as preferred. You will be instrumental in strengthening our revenue intelligence capabilities and supporting emerging AI-driven analytics tools to further enhance our reporting and forecasting precision.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, forecast, and revenue performance
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, including core objects, data model, and configuration impacts
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
  • Experience supporting recurring GTM operating cadences such as pipeline inspections, forecast reviews, and business reviews
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Knowledge of revenue metrics such as ARR, ACV, GRR/NRR, churn, and cohort analysis
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Familiarity with RevOps systems architecture, data flow, and system integrations
  • Experience with data governance, validation, and pipeline hygiene best practices

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards to monitor pipeline health, revenue trends, and sales performance for weekly and monthly reviews
  • Provide executive-level insights on forecast risks, pipeline health, sales productivity, and revenue growth opportunities
  • Analyze key metrics such as stage conversion, deal velocity, win rate, and pipeline coverage to surface actionable insights
  • Support accurate forecasting by analyzing risk scoring, pipeline movement, and data hygiene practices
  • Partner with Salesforce Administrators and IT teams to define and implement data structures, lifecycle stages, and governance rules
  • Ensure data consistency, integrity, and usability across GTM teams by maintaining standardized definitions and pipeline hygiene standards
  • Design scalable reporting frameworks and metric packs tailored for global stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to improve visibility into renewal and expansion opportunities, including churn drivers and pipeline health
  • Own the weekly pipeline inspection process, preparing leader-ready views, monitoring data quality, and tracking follow-up actions
  • Support GTM planning initiatives such as territory analysis, quota setting, and capacity modeling
  • Automate recurring reports and enhance self-service access to trusted metrics across teams
  • Evaluate emerging AI and revenue intelligence tools, supporting their integration to improve pipeline risk detection and revenue insights
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align reporting frameworks with broader revenue strategies and initiatives
