About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent team at ElevenLabs. This role is pivotal in owning the full recruiting lifecycle for essential operational functions that keep our organization thriving and scaling efficiently. As an Operations Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and closing top-tier talent across functions such as People, Finance, Legal, IT, and other core operational teams. You will work closely with business leaders to understand their hiring needs, develop strategic sourcing plans, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably for operations, corporate functions, or cross-functional roles (minimum 3+ years preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence hiring strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to craft compelling narratives and manage expectations
  • Experience developing and executing strategic sourcing plans across multiple channels
  • Ability to manage complex, high-impact searches across global regions with multiple priorities
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing recruiting metrics
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused and manage many moving parts
  • Comfort working in remote-first, fast-paced environments
  • Experience working with cross-cultural teams and managing global recruitment processes
  • Bonus: Experience recruiting in high-growth startups or globally distributed teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for operational roles across functions such as People, Finance, Legal, IT, and others
  • Partner with hiring leaders to refine role requirements, anticipate talent needs, and align on success metrics
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, referral campaigns, and targeted pipelines
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the process
  • Represent ElevenLabs as an employer brand ambassador, shaping first impressions and candidate perceptions
  • Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality, speed, and candidate engagement
  • Use data and recruiting metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on sourcing and hiring strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions to streamline hiring processes and ensure consistency
  • Build scalable recruiting systems, refine existing processes, and implement innovative approaches to talent acquisition
  • Maintain a pulse on industry trends and continuously improve recruiting practices to attract top talent globally
