About The Role
We are seeking a Junior Front End Web Application Developer with expertise in Angular to join our talented development team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and enhancing our SaaS platform aimed at environmental compliance management. Your primary focus will be on building responsive, user-centric web interfaces that facilitate seamless interaction with complex data systems. You will collaborate closely with back-end developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to create efficient, visually appealing, and secure web applications. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Proficiency in developing scalable, database-driven web applications using Angular, React, Vue, or similar frameworks
- Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with web development tools such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab for version control and collaboration
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices
- Knowledge of back-end frameworks and Node.js is a plus
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design tools
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of collaborating effectively with a global team

Responsibilities
- Develop and support database-driven web applications and websites, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
- Collaborate with back-end developers to surface data in an intuitive and visually appealing manner
- Design, build, and maintain web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular
- Evaluate and validate code to ensure compliance with industry standards, browser compatibility, and performance benchmarks
- Identify and troubleshoot issues uncovered during testing or customer feedback, implementing solutions or escalating as needed
- Support the development and maintenance of backend databases that support web applications
- Perform regular testing, updates, and maintenance of websites and applications
- Stay updated on current web technologies, programming practices, and industry trends through ongoing education and professional engagement
- Analyze user requirements to determine technical specifications and design solutions accordingly
- Implement security measures such as firewalls and encryption to protect web applications and user data
- Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to prioritize development tasks and resolve conflicts
- Maintain documentation of test plans, procedures, and results for quality assurance
- Create and update web models, prototypes, and style guidelines to meet project goals and industry standards
- Ensure proper linking, accessibility, and performance optimization across all web interfaces
- Recommend improvements to enhance application performance and user experience
- Document technical factors such as server load, bandwidth, and database performance for ongoing optimization
