About The Role
We are seeking an Entry Level Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business process improvements, product development, and innovation initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate, analyze, review, and document both functional and non-functional business specifications. You will manage the requirements development process through elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, you will support the ongoing management of requirements, coordinate and project manage the implementation or integration of new products or features, and facilitate user training to ensure seamless adoption. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience or familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Interest in learning new technologies and business processes
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in business analysis is a plus
Responsibilities
- Bridge business requirements with IT solutions to ensure alignment and clarity
- Analyse the impact of technological changes on current business processes and systems
- Document detailed requirements and decompose complex initiatives following agile/MVP principles
- Champion UI/UX best practices during the design and development phases
- Coordinate solution delivery through sprints, overseeing planning, development, testing, and deployment activities
- Negotiate scope changes with Scrum teams and business stakeholders to ensure project success
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and support change management activities within the organization
- Analyse system defects, assist in verification and validation of fixes, and ensure quality standards
- Collaborate with QA teams to develop and review test plans and assist during testing phases
