We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the ongoing development of our enterprise health platform. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and enhancing scalable, high-impact healthcare technology solutions. You will work closely with senior developers, product managers, and designers to implement new features, optimize existing functionalities, and ensure our platform remains at the forefront of healthcare innovation. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of software development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience working within Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) is preferred
- Proficiency with Git for code management, with experience in mono repository setups preferred
- Strong expertise in Python, including frameworks such as Flask and SQLAlchemy
- Extensive experience with TypeScript and React for front-end development
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, including advanced features like CTEs, window functions, views, stored procedures, and indexing techniques
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as AWS and Terraform, with a security-focused mindset
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based web application deployment and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of unit testing across multiple paradigms and continuous integration practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features for the enterprise health platform
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code based on design specifications and product requirements
- Participate in planning, design discussions, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Conduct testing and debugging to identify and resolve software issues promptly
- Develop and maintain APIs and microservices to support scalable application architecture
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices
- Become a subject matter expert on the platform’s products and functionalities
- Work within an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure timely delivery of features and updates
- Adhere to company policies, including the Judi Health Code of Conduct, and report non-compliance as required
