About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Staff Full Stack Software Engineer (Web3) to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions that integrate Web3 functionalities. Your primary responsibilities will include building scalable web applications, integrating wallet connections, managing signing flows, and facilitating on-chain and off-chain interactions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, design, and external partners—to translate ambiguous requirements into robust technical solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the technical roadmap, lead large-scale initiatives, and mentor other engineers. Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience as a Full-stack Web3 Engineer with proven production experience
- Strong expertise in frontend frameworks such as TypeScript, React, and Redux
- Experience with backend services and API development using C#, Node.js, Go, Java, or similar languages
- Hands-on experience with blockchain development, including smart contracts (Solidity), wallet integrations, RPCs, and on-chain interactions
- Familiarity with DeFi primitives such as DEXs, swaps, lending, and trading platforms
- Deep understanding of transaction lifecycle processes including signing, submission, and execution
- Strong knowledge of building scalable, reliable, and observable distributed systems
- Security-first mindset when designing Web3-enabled systems
- Experience mentoring engineering teams and contributing to best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to turn ambiguous requirements into technical solutions
- Design, develop, and operate production-grade Web3 systems used by real customers at scale
- Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components, leveraging your strengths
- Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows involving wallets, transactions, settlements, and orchestration
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and external teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
- Enhance system reliability, security, and performance across distributed and on-chain components
- Mentor junior engineers, contribute to engineering best practices, and participate in architecture reviews
- Influence the technical roadmap and lead large-scale initiatives to maximize impact across teams
