About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Phantom Crypto Wallet Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining shared frontend libraries, optimizing frontend architecture, and ensuring a cohesive user experience across our platform. Your expertise will help drive the development of reusable components, improve application performance, and scale our design system to meet growing user demands. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, evangelize frontend standards, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our multi-chain wallet platform. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of blockchain technology, shaping the future of crypto wallets and enhancing the overall user experience for millions of users worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of full-time software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development
Proficiency in React and TypeScript, including component architecture, state management, and performance optimization
Experience with data fetching, caching, and managing application state effectively
Demonstrated interest in open-source projects and community-driven platforms
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English

Responsibilities

Build, own, and promote shared frontend libraries and reusable components to accelerate development and ensure consistency across teams
Drive frontend performance improvements by reducing bundle sizes, optimizing rendering efficiency, and establishing best practices
Maintain, enhance, and evangelize the design system, ensuring it remains robust, well-documented, and deeply integrated into frontend workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement frontend architecture strategies that support scalability and maintainability
Champion frontend development standards, provide mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions
