About The Role
The Program Evaluation Analyst is a vital member of OCHIN's Evaluation and Analytics Team, responsible for conducting rapid cycle, data-driven program evaluations and analyses. This role involves partnering with organizational leaders and subject matter experts to develop evaluation frameworks, implement analyses, and report findings that inform strategic decision-making and drive innovation across the organization. The analyst will evaluate the impact of various OCHIN initiatives, such as the Release Program, Builder Program, Credentialing Services, and the Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN). They will utilize advanced data querying, visualization, and analytical tools to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data, producing high-quality deliverables including reports, dashboards, and visualizations for executive stakeholders. Additionally, the role emphasizes integrating equity, justice, and data de-colonization frameworks into evaluation processes to promote inclusive and just data practices. The analyst will manage multiple projects simultaneously, foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of evaluation systems and processes.

Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in rapid cycle evaluation, research, data analytics, or implementation science
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare (public health, health promotion, nursing), applied mathematics, statistics, or a related field required
- Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience working with quantitative or qualitative software tools (e.g., SPSS, NVivo, Tableau, Power BI) preferred
- Proven experience in creating reports, charts, and visual data representations
- Experience in program evaluation and data analysis methodologies
- Familiarity with remote work technologies such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms
- Strong interpersonal, intercultural, and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation
- Commitment to continuous learning and curiosity about new knowledge areas
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual, home-based environment
- Conduct systematic literature reviews to inform evaluation strategies and methodologies
- Design and execute rapid-cycle evaluations to assess the impact of OCHIN initiatives and programs
- Partner with subject matter experts and organizational leaders to develop evaluation plans and frameworks
- Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights
- Establish evaluation frameworks and select appropriate tools to support dissemination of learnings
- Implement equity, justice, and data de-colonization principles within evaluation projects
- Utilize advanced querying, visualization, and analytics tools to process complex data sets
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting systems
- Manage multiple evaluation projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables
- Build and sustain relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate collaborative evaluations
- Contribute to cross-departmental projects related to research, clinical initiatives, and strategic planning
