Our mission is to empower insurance companies with advanced tools that streamline claims processing, enhance fraud detection, and improve customer experiences. From self-service claim-filing platforms to complex machine learning-driven decision systems, we serve some of the most prominent insurers worldwide. Our dynamic, collaborative environment fosters continuous innovation and growth, enabling us to tackle diverse challenges such as creating digital experiences that provide clarity and comfort during stressful times and orchestrating large-scale data-driven decision-making for billions of dollars in claims payments. At Assured, we believe that great decisions are rooted in data, and our solutions are designed to harness the power of information to drive smarter, more efficient insurance operations.
About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Data Analyst to join our team. You will design and analyze experiments, develop dashboards, and build reporting frameworks that provide visibility into operational health, customer outcomes, and organizational metrics. Your work will directly influence key business strategies and operational efficiencies, making a tangible impact on our company's growth and success.
Qualifications

We ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodations throughout the application and employment process. Our goal is to foster a diverse workforce where all employees can thrive and contribute to our shared success.
