Good Culture is a pioneering cultured dairy company dedicated to transforming the food system from the ground up. Our mission is to create high-quality, organic dairy products that promote health and well-being, including pasture-raised cottage cheese, probiotic sour cream, cream cheese, and probiotic milk. We believe that eating good things and surrounding ourselves with good people lead to a better life. Our commitment to quality, transparency, and sustainability drives us to innovate and set new standards in the food industry. We prioritize sourcing from trusted suppliers and fostering a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a company, we aim to protect and grow one of the most unique brands in the food sector by emphasizing health, taste, and environmental responsibility.
About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Data Analyst to join our team remotely, with a preference for candidates based in Wisconsin or Minnesota. Reporting directly to the Quality Systems Manager, this role sits at the intersection of food safety, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw production and quality data into actionable insights that safeguard our brand and enhance product quality. Your expertise in data analysis, AI tools, and statistical modeling will be instrumental in identifying defect trends, ensuring compliance, and supporting quality programs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven company committed to producing better, healthier dairy products, while also developing deep expertise in cottage cheese production and quality management.
