About The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our marketing team remotely within the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, engaging, and brand-aligned copy across various marketing channels to support our growth initiatives. Your work will directly influence how our brand communicates with customers and prospects, ensuring consistency in voice and tone while driving engagement and conversions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to develop content that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects efficiently, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize content performance. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of agency or in-house copywriting experience
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems, SEO software, and analytics platforms
  • Experience with marketing automation software preferred; HubSpot experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies
  • Ability to adapt to feedback and learn quickly
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform content decisions
  • Samples of written and designed work required with application

Responsibilities

  • Write compelling copy for all marketing channels, including website content, email campaigns, blog posts, video scripts, digital and print advertisements, and packaging
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards before publication
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and tone across all content and channels
  • Utilize data-driven insights to guide content creation and optimize performance
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support their marketing objectives and initiatives
  • Leverage digital marketing tools to enhance content quality and effectiveness
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content strategies
