We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic Product Development Team. In this role, you will be integral to one of our in-house product teams, working on diverse projects that offer versatility, independence, and significant influence over product development. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, defining functional specifications, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, product managers, and external stakeholders. - Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Proven experience in creating solution artifacts such as UML diagrams, Use Cases, Business Rules, Functional & Non-Functional Specifications
- Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology and understanding of the Business Analyst role within Agile processes
- Good understanding of web standards, protocols, messaging protocols, and data formats (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTTP, FTP, TCP)
- Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC principles
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and system analysis skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and handle ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and designers within cross-functional teams to deliver product features
- Identify potential solutions, assess their technical and business suitability, and recommend optimal options
- Work closely with Product Managers, IT teams, external stakeholders, and end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
- Analyze requirements, define use cases, and specify functional and non-functional requirements for software solutions
- Create and maintain detailed descriptions of business processes related to supporting, configuring, and maintaining solutions
- Manage requirements through prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation processes
- Facilitate backlog management and support agile ceremonies as needed
- Oversee test implementation, gather user feedback, and propose functional improvements for continuous enhancement
- Select and implement appropriate tools, technologies, and techniques to support project objectives
