About The Role
Bridgeway is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join its dynamic Professional Services team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with a solid understanding of benefits administration to collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects related to cutting-edge benefits administration solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating stakeholder needs, as well as conducting functional and end-to-end testing of configured software to guarantee seamless product functionality. The role requires effective communication skills to facilitate requirements gathering, solution review, and training sessions with diverse stakeholders, including end users, executive sponsors, and IT teams. Occasional travel up to 30% may be required to support client implementations and project needs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in software implementation, preferably with external clients
- Knowledge of benefits administration or the Taft-Hartley industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing clarity and conciseness
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a complex, evolving technological environment
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to facilitate implementation, configuration, testing, and training of Bridgeway's software suite
- Prioritize and manage multiple development projects, including eligibility file processing and module installations
- Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and user-focused design documents
- Participate in requirements-gathering sessions and solution review meetings, effectively communicating with stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with stakeholder needs and business objectives
- Address customer inquiries related to database configurations, system setup, product functionality, and business enhancements
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Bridgeway’s products, solutions, and capabilities
- Conduct functional and end-to-end testing to ensure software solutions meet client and business requirements
