About The Role

Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant software development experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- Extensive proven experience as a backend stack developer, or equivalent certifications
- Strong proficiency in backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Redis, and related technologies
- Experience developing and managing APIs, including RESTful services
- Proficiency with no-SQL databases such as MongoDB and relational databases like Postgres
- Deep understanding of distributed and cloud-native SOA back-end applications
- Experience with high-availability software development and scalable system architecture
- Knowledge of software design patterns and best coding practices
- Experience with debugging, logging, tracing, and profiling tools
- Familiarity with secure software development practices, cryptography, TLS, and X.509 certificates
- Proficiency in Linux command-line environment and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and full SDLC management
