The Role

The Executive Assistant supports daily operations for founders by planning, executing, and managing various tasks. This includes email and calendar management, travel bookings, expense reporting, event planning, and research. This role also involves building professional relationships with clients and supporting operations such as marketing, social media, and backend system setup.

  • Proactively assist in scheduling, project management, and operations
  • Manage email communications and executive-level tasks
  • Conduct research and support decision making
  • Assist with family-related tasks from event planning to appointments
  • Utilize tools such as Slack, Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Canva/Mailchimp, and QuickBooks

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator with a minimum of 5 years experience as an executive assistant. Bonus points for prior startup or venture capital experience, project management, or marketing skills. Candidates must be available to work during U.S. time zones and provide their own compatible mobile device and computer.
