About The Role
The Sales Development Representative - NYC is a key position focused on top-of-funnel growth during sunday's US expansion. This role involves generating a pipeline, initiating conversations, and converting restaurant prospects into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting including cold calling, in-person, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and engage restaurant owners/operators and book meetings for AEs.
- Partner with Sales Executives to crack into key accounts.
- Learn to pitch, handle objections, and build relationships at scale.
- Work from curated prospect lists and help improve them.
- Participate in blitzes, team roleplays, and standups.
- Track activity, pipeline, and conversion in the CRM.
- Contribute ideas on messaging, tactics, and target segments.
About You
You are ambitious, resilient, and coachable with strong communication skills. Previous experience in hospitality or as a BDR/SDR is a bonus.
