Job Description
Your role
As our Senior CRM Manager France, you are the architect of customer retention & loyalty, responsible for maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and driving scalable retention growth in the French market.
You will:
- Identify, champion, and implement French-market-specific retention initiatives (local payment methods, cultural events, etc.).
- Manage and execute localized campaigns using the Bloomreach CRM/Marketing Automation platform in collaboration with Central CRM Operations.
- Act as the primary interface between the French country team and the Central CRM team.
- Analyze customer behavior to identify churn risks and optimize retention pathways for increased CLV.
- Lead A/B tests and experimentation on French-specific messaging, incentives, and timing.
- Monitor key retention KPIs like repeat purchase rates, cohort performance, and loyalty program outcomes.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:
- Has 5+ years in CRM, Retention Marketing, or Customer Lifecycle Management in E-commerce or D2C.
- Understands the French market, consumer psychology, and loyalty drivers.
- Is proficient in data analysis (cohorts, CLV, churn rates) and can turn numbers into actionable strategies.
- Speaks French at a C2 level and is fluent in English.
- Desirable experience in the supplement, nutrition, or health & wellness industries.
- Is hands-on, highly organized, and thrives on ownership and responsibility.
- Is based in Berlin and can attend the office multiple times per week.
