Role Responsibilities

  • Embed advanced business excellence frameworks across platforms like Salesforce and Genesys.
  • Implement game-changing process improvements for enhanced efficiency and customer experience.
  • Lead change initiatives ensuring smooth organizational transitions.
  • Foster collaborative relationships to spark innovation and deliver results.
  • Utilize data and analytics for smart decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7-10 years’ experience in business excellence or similar operations management.
  • Proven leadership and team influencing skills.
  • Expertise in process improvement methodologies (Six-Sigma, Lean, TQM, Kaizen, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
