About the Role

The Business Process Analyst at Suncorp Group is responsible for process improvement, AI and Automation. You will analyze, design and deliver end-to-end solutions, driving technology innovation across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with product and process owners for AI & Automation projects
  • Lead review of business processes, architecture and design
  • Extract requirements using interviews, analysis, workshops, and observations
  • Evaluate data to identify challenges and opportunities
  • Estimate development efforts and manage code delivery performance
  • Assess risks and recommend necessary controls
  • Present recommendations and findings to Senior Management

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in facilitating and leading process discovery and modeling
  • Track record of managing initiatives end to end
  • Background in delivering automation or technology-enabled solutions
  • Exposure to Robotic Process Automation and/or Generative AI
  • Experience working with technology teams, including offshore developers
  • Business Analysis qualifications (desirable)
