About the Role
As an AI Experience Specialist at Suncorp Group, you will support the successful adoption of AI by designing and validating customer and employee experiences across claims and customer service initiatives. Working closely with delivery squads, you will turn research insights into practical patterns that can be scaled across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Design, test and validate AI‑enabled solutions with customers and internal teams.
- Create conversational designs, workflows, wireframes and UI concepts.
- Partner with delivery squads for testing in design, UAT, and post‑launch phases.
- Translate insights into tools like checklists, templates, and design patterns.
- Support squads in user‑centred validation approaches and capability building.
- Analyze research, analytics, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in applying research and testing methodologies in complex spaces.
- CX/UX and service design skills with experience design background.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable outputs.
- Experience in agile environments with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Curiosity and adaptability in evolving and forming teams.
