Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear, consistent AI enablement communications aligned with organisational strategy, CTO, and AI priorities.
• Prepare employee-facing content, including key messages, briefing packs, newsletters, intranet updates, and leadership materials.
• Translate complex technical and strategic AI information into simple, practical content to support business adoption.
• Produce a variety of enablement assets such as explainers, FAQs, infographics, and toolkits to enhance organisational AI literacy.
• Manage and maintain AI-related content across internal channels, including Microsoft Teams, intranet, newsletters, and webinars.
• Partner with stakeholders across innovation, technology, communications, and business units to ensure alignment with group standards and governance.

• Proven capability in communication planning, structured message development, and multi-channel content delivery.
