About the AI Enablement Specialist Role at Suncorp Group
This 12-month contract position at Suncorp Group focuses on supporting enterprise-wide AI adoption. The AI Enablement Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping how employees understand, adopt, and benefit from AI at scale. Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, consistent AI enablement communications aligned with organisational strategy, CTO, and AI priorities.
- Prepare employee-facing content, including key messages, briefing packs, newsletters, intranet updates, and leadership materials.
- Translate complex technical and strategic AI information into simple, practical content to support business adoption.
- Produce a variety of enablement assets such as explainers, FAQs, infographics, and toolkits to enhance organisational AI literacy.
- Manage and maintain AI-related content across internal channels, including Microsoft Teams, intranet, newsletters, and webinars.
- Partner with stakeholders across innovation, technology, communications, and business units to ensure alignment with group standards and governance.

- Proven capability in communication planning, structured message development, and multi-channel content delivery.

- Ability to independently manage multiple work streams while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.
