Position Overview

The Assistant Salon Director role at Sun Tan City – Teslow Group is designed for high energy professionals who are poised to lead by example in a fast-paced salon environment. This role focuses on maintaining a positive, client-centric atmosphere and driving store performance by managing and supervising tanning consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
  • Lead team by creating a client-centric service experience.
  • Maintain an impeccably clean and professional salon environment.
  • Set clear goals and provide coaching, training, and feedback.
  • Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and support Salon Director functions.
  • Assist in controlling top line revenue and expenses.

Qualifications & Experience

College education preferred but not required. Previous management and/or sales experience is preferred with strong communication, training, and motivational skills needed to lead the team effectively.
