Position Overview
The Assistant Salon Director role at Sun Tan City – Teslow Group is designed for high energy professionals who are poised to lead by example in a fast-paced salon environment. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
- Lead team by creating a client-centric service experience.
- Maintain an impeccably clean and professional salon environment.
- Set clear goals and provide coaching, training, and feedback.
- Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and support Salon Director functions.
- Assist in controlling top line revenue and expenses.

Qualifications & Experience
College education preferred but not required. Previous management and/or sales experience is preferred with strong communication, training, and motivational skills needed to lead the team effectively.
