Job Summary

The Assistant Retail Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining a high-energy, client-centric environment while driving store performance and operational excellence. This role involves managing and supervising Tanning Consultants, generating sales reports, managing inventory, and assisting with revenue control. Flexibility in work hours, including nights, weekends, and a five-day workweek, is required.
