Administration Officer, Cashier at Sun Life

Job Responsibilities

  • Process payments (e.g. cash, credit card, cheque, TT, etc.) at walk-in counter in accurately & timely manner.
  • Comply with Company’s procedure and guidelines, including AML, in all payment settlements.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as verification of incoming documents related to payment/cashier to ensure all data is captured accurately and documents filed & stored per guideline.
  • Bi-weekly half-day shift on Saturday is required.

Requirements & Preferred Skills

  • HKCEE / DSE graduate or above.
  • Good spoken & written in English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a Cashier role.
  • Good understanding of the insurance and financial services industry.
  • Detail-minded and sensitive to numbers.
