About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer in SumUp's Point of Sale team, you will design intuitive and user-friendly experiences that empower merchants to efficiently run their business. You will work on managing sales, payments, and operations across multiple platforms including Android, iOS, web, and proprietary hardware (handheld devices, over-the-counter POS, customer-facing displays, and kitchen screens).

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to understand merchant needs and validate solutions.
  • Create design concepts and prototypes using tools like Figma.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers.
  • Test, refine, and iterate design solutions for diverse devices.
  • Translate complex technical problems into intuitive interfaces.
