As a Junior Inbound Account Executive, you’ll convert inbound leads into loyal customers, guiding small businesses through their first steps with SumUp.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with inbound leads generated by our marketing team — your role is to qualify, consult, and convert
  • Connect with small and medium-sized businesses by phone and email, building trust and understanding their needs
  • Deliver product demos and confidently explain how SumUp can solve real-world business challenges
  • Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth lead conversion
  • Report regularly on sales performance and stay aligned with team goals and growth targets

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

  • Have some experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role (sales, support, retail, etc.)
  • Feel confident talking to people — you’re persuasive, warm, and solution-focused
  • Are curious about fintech, small business, and how things work behind the scenes
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where learning and adapting are part of the fun
  • Bring a proactive, team-first attitude — you’re always up for sharing ideas and helping out
  • Bonus points for experience with EPOS software or Excel — but we’ll teach you what you need
