The Opportunity: Solution Architect

We are actively seeking a Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve seamless and efficient integrations with the Sumsub platform. In this position, you will guide customers throughout their entire implementation journey, from selecting the optimal integration approach to rigorous testing and fine-tuning of solutions. You will also foster close collaboration with our product team, sharing invaluable insights that will help shape future product improvements.

This role demands a unique blend of deep technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and robust problem-solving abilities. Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex customer needs into scalable, effective, and compliant solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design and recommend optimal integration architectures tailored to specific client needs.
• Communicate directly with customers, providing expert technical assistance during the integration phase.
• Test and validate integration solutions rigorously to guarantee seamless performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to share valuable insights and drive continuous improvement of product functionality.

About You

• Demonstrated previous experience as a Solution Engineer, Solution Architect, or Technical Support Specialist, with a strong preference for backgrounds in software design or systems integration.
• Possession of hands-on skills with JavaScript and a solid understanding of fundamental software architecture concepts.
• Comfortable working proficiently across various operating systems and databases, with the proven ability to quickly adapt to new technical environments.
• A proactive and independent problem-solver, capable of managing multiple priorities and consistently delivering high-quality results under pressure.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the specific ability to articulate complex technical topics clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The Hiring Process
