About the Role

The Marketing Project Manager at Sumsub will coordinate and support marketing initiatives across multiple regions. This role involves event and webinar support, administration and operations, and demand generation team support.

What You Will Be Doing

Events & Webinars Support:

  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events.
  • Manage contract signatures with Legal.
  • Research, order, and track branded merchandise and materials.
  • Set up webinars including design and WordPress integration.

Administration & Operations:

  • Maintain task tracking in ClickUp and ensure visibility.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Oversee invoice processing and supplier communications.
  • Manage documentation and reporting tools.

Demand Generation Team Support:

  • Assist with weekly updates and progress reports.
  • Support workflow improvements for efficient operation.

General Team Support & Communication:

  • Participate in regular meetings with updates and follow-ups.
  • Remain responsive on communication channels.
  • Identify potential blockers and resolve issues promptly.
  • Foster structure, control, and reliability in fast-moving situations.

About You

You are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects. You excel at communicating with stakeholders, using digital tools such as ClickUp, Sequel, Slack, and possess a proactive attitude. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a bonus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a B2B marketing or events team.
  • Knowledge in SaaS industries.
  • Hands-on experience with project management platforms.
  • Direct involvement in organizing webinars and events.
