What You Will Be Doing
As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Manage clients on technical, business, and product levels.
- Grow relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Provide training and webinars and handle feature introductions.
- Offer client feedback internally and collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Partners, Product Management, Legal and Marketing teams.
About You
You should have prior experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Project Manager in crypto, fintech, or payments spheres. A basic understanding of KYC is a big plus, along with proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel, strong analytical skills, proactive approach, and advanced English.
