Overview
Summit is seeking an experienced Cook to join our correctional division in Mount Vernon, WA. In this role, you will prepare high quality meals for a correctional facility, working in a structured and efficient kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain quality and portion control in meal preparation.
- Ensure food is properly stored and safely handled.
- Employ creative food presentation and scratch cooking techniques.

Requirements
