Responsibilities for the Growth Manager
- Develop holistic marketing and funnel strategies for clients.
- Analyze business models, offers, target groups, and customer journeys.
- Derive clear priorities for channels, budgets, and measures.
- Lead and technically guide SEO, SEA, Paid-Ads, and Content teams.
- Define and evaluate relevant KPIs with a focus on impact over activity.
- Provide strategic sparring for Account Management and Sales.
- Support clients in growth, budget, and structural decisions.
- No continuous operational implementation of individual channels.
- No pure project or task management.
- No meaningless reporting.
- No working by gut feeling or tool logic.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in online marketing (agency or in-house).
- Very good understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Paid Social, and Content.
- Experience with funnels, conversion logic, and performance evaluation.
- Ability to clearly explain complex interrelationships.
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a focus on impact and efficiency.
