What You'll Do as a Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing core components across our frontend, backend, and model integrations. You will also play a key role in driving engineering direction, working closely with our co-founders.

What You Must Bring

• Senior-level full-stack experience using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• A proven ability to design, ship, and scale LLM-powered applications.
• Expertise in API design, streaming, and CI/CD pipelines.
• A strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• A track record of building reliable systems with measurable performance and error budgets.

Key Results (First 90 Days)

• Audit current cross-agent flows to ensure UI/UX cohesion.
• Implement shared components and typed contracts to enhance reliability.
• Establish comprehensive instrumentation for frontend performance and model round-trip tracing.
• Deliver end-to-end tested, production-grade agentic workflows with error rates below 5%.
• Launch a cross-agent design system and SDK adopted by at least two internal teams.
• Establish a weekly “deploy and measure” cadence, including performance metrics and error budgets.
