About The Role
Contract role with long term potential, open to fractional. Recruiting-focused equivalent of a GTM Engineer: use engineering, automations, and AI to make top-tier hiring efficient and repeatable.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sourcing infrastructure end-to-end: signal → outreach → booked interviews
- Build automated outbound across LinkedIn, email, and new channels with personalization at scale
- Ship AI tooling for candidate evaluation, messaging, and targeting improvement
- Integrate ATS, sourcing, enrichment, and internal data into a reliable recruiting data layer
- Close the loop: source/message → replies → interviews → hires
- Run weekly experiments; scale winners, kill losers
- Amplify Sully.ai in technical communities to grow inbound
Hard Requirements
- You are a technical founder who has built recruiting products OR you have both hands on recruiting experience & technical ability to build agentic recruiting workflows
- Strong Python or TypeScript; APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems
- Builds workflows/tools (not just SaaS configuration)
- Applied LLM experience: eval, grounding, quality control
- Outbound + experimentation mindset
- High bar for talent quality in AI/technical roles
- High-ownership operator: ships fast, iterates on metrics
Key Results (First 90 Days)
- Fully automate candidate sourcing end-to-end including signal ingestion, list aggregation, enrichment, scoring, and multichannel personalized outreach.
- Close the loop with real-time tracking from sourced candidate to interview to hire, enabling weekly experimentation and measurable funnel lift.
- Build workflows & automations that contribute to 3+ hires/month.
