About the Role: General Manager, KSA

Sully.ai seeks a General Manager to launch and scale operations in Saudi Arabia. You will lead end-to-end P&L responsibilities, drive go-to-market execution, and build a high-performing local team. Reporting directly to the COO, you will lead strategy formulation, government engagement, and operational excellence to establish Sully.ai as a healthcare technology leader in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a KSA go-to-market strategy.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee local operations including sales, partnerships, customer success, finance, and HR.
  • Financial Management: Manage full P&L responsibility and drive revenue targets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with hospitals, regulators, government agencies, and partners.
  • Market Expansion: Analyze market trends and adapt offerings for Saudi healthcare needs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Saudi corporate, licensing, and healthcare regulations.

Hard Requirements

  • 7+ years in senior general management or regional leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS or AI businesses, ideally in the Middle East.
  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L ownership.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi healthcare ecosystem and regulations.
  • Bilingual proficiency: English required, Arabic strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • Experience launching and scaling startups or new market entries.
  • Established network in Saudi healthcare and government sectors.

  • Establish key relationships with government bodies and healthcare providers.
