Job Description

About Suki and the Role

Suki is a pioneering technology company offering AI voice solutions for healthcare, dedicated to transforming the healthcare technology stack to be invisible and assistive. Our mission is to alleviate the administrative burden on clinicians. Our flagship product, Suki Assistant, utilizes generative AI to create clinical documentation by ambiently listening to patient-clinician conversations, helping clinicians complete notes 72% faster on average. We also offer Suki Platform for partners to develop best-in-class ambient and voice experiences.

As an Events Marketing Manager at Suki, you will be instrumental in shaping our market presence and connecting with healthcare leaders. This role involves partnering with a high-performing team to plan and execute high-impact events that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline for both enterprise and mid-market segments. It's a highly visible, results-oriented opportunity for someone resourceful, detail-driven, and energized by fast-paced environments, who can translate event success directly into business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute a diverse portfolio of high-impact events, including major industry conferences (e.g., HIMSS, HLTH), Suki-hosted field events, executive roundtables, and virtual programs.
  • Own the entire event management lifecycle: from strategy and budgeting to vendor coordination, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution.
  • Define clear event goals and success metrics, followed by comprehensive post-event reporting that details engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI.
  • Manage all event-related deliverables, including pre and post-event communications and list management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation team to optimize event promotion, registration, and conversion across the marketing funnel.
  • Oversee external agencies, production vendors, and venue relationships.
  • Continuously test and refine event formats, activations, and attendee experiences to enhance overall performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership to deliver integrated programs that support company growth.
  • Support weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting using key platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics.

What We're Looking For

We seek an individual with expertise in events marketing and demand generation, who is action-oriented and loves creating impactful events. The ideal candidate is creative, welcoming feedback and iterating quickly based on data, and adept at problem-solving using data to optimize performance relentlessly. Humility, adaptability to a fast-moving organization, confidence in one's abilities, and a growth mindset are essential for success in this team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • 5 years of events marketing experience, specifically with a focus on demand generation.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and juggle multiple projects effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, written, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing event-related tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
