Junior Planning Data Analyst

Job Overview

The Junior Planning Data Analyst at Suitsupply supports the global Planning team by ensuring data accuracy, structure, and analytical insights across planning processes. This role is key in managing planning data and reporting, building automated dashboards, and supporting forecasting and inventory optimization initiatives in collaboration with planners, merchandisers, supply chain, and data teams.

What You Will Do

• Manage key planning data sources ensuring completeness and consistency.
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports using Excel and Looker.
• Deliver timely visual insights to support weekly trade and planning meetings.
• Analyze planning, sales, and inventory data for forecasting and optimization.
• Identify and resolve data gaps through routines and controls.
• Optimize Excel-based tools and manual processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to integrate new data sources and workflows.
• Standardize planning files to support consistent execution and performance measurement.

Who You Are

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. With 1–2 years of experience in a data or business analyst role, you have a strong proficiency in Excel and SQL, and experience with Looker or Power BI. You understand key retail KPIs such as sales, inventory, sell-through, and forecast accuracy. Experience in forecasting tools, statistical modeling, or analytics languages like Python or R is a strong plus.
