The Solutions Architect Role

As a Solutions Architect at Suite Studios, you will be instrumental in accelerating deal velocity and enhancing win rates. You will act as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle, guiding clients from initial discovery to successful close. Collaborating closely with account executives, you will delve into client requirements and present bespoke technical solutions perfectly aligned with complex post-production workflows. Your responsibilities include delivering customized product demonstrations that highlight Suite Studios' capability to solve intricate customer challenges. You will build crucial trust with both creative and technical stakeholders by actively listening, understanding their pain points, and tailoring solutions to each unique use case, while providing in-depth technical answers about the Suite Product.

Who We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in a technical sales, post-production engineering, or sales engineer role, specifically focusing on media workflows.
• Strong understanding of creative post-production workflows, encompassing editing platforms like Premiere, Resolve, and Avid, as well as media movement, asset management, and archiving processes.
• Ability to effectively translate complex technical features into tangible business benefits, confidently communicating with creatives, IT teams, and executives.
• Familiarity with various cloud platforms, transfer and storage solutions, major Non-Linear Editors (NLEs), and other applications commonly used in Media & Entertainment Production (M&EP).
• Proven experience supporting post-production teams and editors within the post-production industry.
• A genuine passion for workflow optimization, enjoying the complexities of Post Production, Media lifecycles, and Visual Effects (VFX).
• Possess a strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, and post-sale support, to effectively align technical solutions with business needs and drive deal success.
• Demonstrates a customer-first and always attitude.
